Service Agreement
1.) I agree that hazardous items, such as Paint, Chemicals, Solvents, Oils, Asbestos, and Drums are not permissible.
2.) No Concrete, Dirt, Tree Logs or Tree Stumps
3.) Customer agrees that the term of this rental is 24 hours to a maximum rental period of 7 days.
4.) 48 hour advance notice for additional days except on 1 day rentals which automatically go to the 2-3 day price
5.) Customer agrees that JunkIt! will charge an additional fee of $10.00 for each additional day.
6.) Refrigerator, tires or other items for which the landfill charges extra fees will require additional charges.
7.) Customer is responsible for any and all damage to containers on site.
8.) Debris is not to be loaded over the top or sides of the container.
9.) JunkIt! Is not responsible for damage to driveway, grass, shrubs, etc?
10.) If you surpass your rental weight limit you will be charged a prorated $42 Ton.
11.) There is a $35.00 service charge for returned checks.
